Chocolate chip cookie recipes are important to have on hand. If you thought you would have to miss out on dessert recipes because you are trying to eat healthier or because you are avoiding common food allergies, think again! Give this delicious and easy recipe a try to help satisfy that craving for sweets.

This is a dairy, wheat, egg and gluten free cookie! There are a few brands of chocolate chips out there that don’t contain allergens.

The one I use the most and is available at most of your local grocery stores is Enjoy Life brand, check your health food isle or sometimes in the baking isle and make sure to always review your food . This chocolate chip is dairy, soy and gluten free.

Ingredients for This Easy Recipe:

Cookie Recipes
  • 1 Cup Rice Flour (white or brown flour)
  • ½ Cup Corn Starch (okay to use Tapioca Flour)
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ Cup Canola Oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ½ Cup Sugar (Brown or Raw)
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

Pre-heat oven to 350

In a medium sized mixing bowl combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Create a well in the center of the flour and add wet ingredients. Mix until all lumps are gone and flour is combined. Mix in chocolate chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop out tbl size amounts of cookie dough roll and flatten then place onto baking sheet until all of the dough has been used.

Place cookies in the oven and bake for approx. 10 mins and enjoy this delicious treat!
